I currently work as a Sales and Business Development Specialist at AFEA Group (Fumma/IT Universe), where I operate on the provider side, offering PPC traffic solutions to affiliates and partner brands in the iGaming industry.
Over the past 10 months, I’ve developed and managed partnerships that have generated over €1 million in sales, by identifying high-potential affiliates, negotiating effective terms, and optimizing campaign performance across multiple Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs.
My daily responsibilities include launching and monitoring PPC campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as ROI, CR, EPC, and LTV, and continuously improving traffic quality to ensure both partner satisfaction and revenue growth. I also handle offer optimization, market research, and long-term relationship management with affiliates and agencies.
I have a strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models, and work closely with internal teams to align tracking, reporting, and creative strategies. With a proactive and analytical approach, I focus on building sustainable partnerships and driving measurable growth in every collaboration.
