I am a performance-oriented specialist with a background in sales operations, CPA funnels and iGaming-related projects.
I started in FD/RD processing, grew through QA/OKK and Head of Sales roles, and later moved closer to performance, funnel optimization and traffic quality. This gave me a strong understanding of the full path from traffic source to revenue: lead quality, CRM qualification, FD/RD logic, team performance, ROI and P&L control.
I have experience managing small traffic-to-revenue flows, coordinating media buyers, testing funnel hypotheses, working with Telegram-based funnels, CRM tags, A/B tests and source-level performance analysis.
My main strength is the ability to see the whole system, not only one isolated task. I like to understand where traffic comes from, how leads are qualified, where conversion is lost, how the team handles users, and what should be improved to make the economics work.
Now I am focused on moving deeper into affiliate and partner management in iGaming / CPA. I want to grow in a strong team and develop in partner acquisition, CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models, traffic quality, FTD / LTV / ROI and GEO scaling.
